Nominees must reside within The Greater North County (Bellefontaine Neighbors, Berkeley, Black Jack, Bridgeton, Cool Valley, Dellwood, Ferguson, Florissant, Hazelwood, Jennings, Moline Acres, Overland, Pasadena Hills, Riverview, St. Ann, St. John, Vinita Park, Wellston, or Woodson Terrace) or hold an active Greater North County Chamber of Commerce Membership.
